1. Information Collection and Use

We follow the principle of data minimization. ArtSlider's core puzzle, gallery, story, and artwork-information features do not require you to provide your name, email address, account credentials, contacts, precise location, photos, health information, financial information, or other directly identifying personal information.

Core game data

• Local progress and settings: Puzzle progress, unlocked content, preferences, language settings, and similar game-state information are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this information to a developer-operated server.
• No account system: ArtSlider does not require registration, login, or the creation of a user profile.
• No developer analytics: We do not integrate a separate analytics, social-login, cloud-profile, or behavioral-tracking service.

Photo-library permission

When you choose to save an artwork image or game result, ArtSlider may request permission to add images to your photo library. This permission is used only to save the image you requested. ArtSlider does not use this feature to browse, analyze, upload, or share the existing photos in your library.

Google AdMob advertising

ArtSlider integrates Google AdMob to display advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, advertising settings, and the configuration of Google's services, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process categories such as:

This information is processed by Google and, where applicable, its advertising partners for purposes such as delivering and measuring ads, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining service performance, and providing personalized advertising when permitted.

2. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share game progress or photo-library content with advertisers.

The only third-party service integrated for data processing is Google AdMob. Information processed through AdMob is handled by Google and, where applicable, its advertising technology providers in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, your consent choices, and applicable law.

3. Your Choices and Controls

• iOS tracking permission: Where applicable, ArtSlider may ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before an advertising identifier is used for tracking or personalized advertising. You may allow or deny this request. Denying it does not prevent you from using the core game.
• iOS settings: You can review or change tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android advertising controls: Depending on your Android version and device manufacturer, you can reset or delete the advertising ID and manage ad privacy controls in your device's privacy or ads settings.
• Regional consent choices: Where required by applicable law, advertising personalization and related data use are subject to the consent or privacy choices presented to you by the app, operating system, or Google.
• Photo-library permission: You can revoke photo-library access in your device settings. Doing so only affects the ability to save images from ArtSlider.
• Local game data: You can remove locally stored ArtSlider data by using any in-app reset function that may be available or by deleting the app from your device.

4. Storage, Retention, and Security

Developer-controlled storage: We do not maintain a central server containing ArtSlider user accounts, personal profiles, game histories, photo-library content, or advertising identifiers.

Local storage: Game progress and preferences remain on your device until they are reset, removed by the operating system, or deleted with the app.

AdMob data: Data processed by Google AdMob is transmitted, stored, retained, and protected according to Google's policies and service configuration. Because this data is controlled by Google rather than stored in an ArtSlider database, requests concerning Google's retained advertising data may need to be directed to Google through its privacy controls.

Although no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we limit our own handling of information by avoiding accounts and developer-operated personal-data storage.

5. Children's Privacy

ArtSlider is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to young children. We do not knowingly request or directly collect names, contact details, account information, or other personal information from children.

Advertising shown by Google may be limited or handled differently based on applicable child-protection laws, the user's region, age-related signals supplied by the platform, and the app's advertising configuration. A parent or guardian should supervise use where required by local law.

6. International Processing

Google and its service providers may process advertising information in countries or regions other than the one in which you live. Such processing is governed by Google's privacy policy and applicable legal safeguards.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when ArtSlider's features, permissions, advertising configuration, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the game or its store listing when appropriate.
